The jury composed by Marco Galaverni, Andrea Garreffa, Luca Gulli, Giulia Quadrelli, Fabio Vicentini, students of the project “Environment got his degree” promoted by Regione Emilia-Romagna in partnership with Centro Antartide, in the contest of 13^th Visioni Ambientali 2013 Film Festival has awarded with the special mention Banana peels cruise
“Through the Stromboli’s community faces and experiences, reported with a simple and extremely human approach, the film allows us to bethink about Italian’s waste politics, starting from a local focalisation. Indeed, often community’s efforts and ideas are barred by some politics (sometimes corrupted) that only take care about economical interests and personal benefits.”

New screening for “The cruise”, with a good news: we’re in the official selection of “Visioni Italiane” festival ( in Bologna from 27th to 3rd March), in the “Visioni Ambientali” section.

We are glad to come back after the Manzone’s short film about Claudio Lolli, selected few years ago.

“Banana peels cruise” is in the sunday 3rd March’s program, from 4.30pm at the Cinema Lumière

Prestigious French premiere at the FIFE

It is with great satisfaction that we announce the selection of the “Banana peels cruise” at the 30^th edition of the FIFE (International Environmental Film Festival) which will be held in Paris, it will be organised by the Ile de France Region.

Our movie will be part of the special section dedicated to Italy. The “Banana peels cruise” will be screened for the first time in France on the following dates:

21^st February, 15:45 at Cinéma des Cinéastes, hall 2

22^nd February, 14:00 at Cinéma des Cinéastes, hall 3

Entrance is free – The screenings will be followed by a debate with the movie maker Salvo Manzone and the protagonist Aimée Carmoz.

It would be a good occasion for Aimée to be back inFranceafter decades and the chance for her to visitParisfor the first time (Quite funny if you consider that Aimée is an experienced traveller.)

“Banana peels cruise” at last the final cut!

The images of the “rubbish boat” which had been shot by the the movie maker, while in Stromboli for the screening of his movie, will become part of the latest film edit. By using those images the movie will gain 6 important minutes and will become a 27 minutes feature.
