Zero Waste Europe, an NGO based in Brussels, asked us to produce a video to document the European cities which have adopted the Zero Waste Strategy. We first visited a region in the Spanish side of the Basque country. Gipuzkoa is the smallest province in Spain and a place where Zero Waste is very efficient. They have doubled the amount of recycled waste in 5 years and in the process they saved 250 million thanks to the fact that they did not build an incinerator.
